Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional time due to the handmade nature of each piece.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Available shipping options and delivery estimates will be shown based on your location and order details.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Mariposa and Meadow Threads is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Mariposa and Meadow Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
